The “PECB ISO 45001 Foundation” exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Program.

The examination covers the following competency domains:

  • Fundamental concepts and principles of occupational health and safety management and OH&S MS
  • ISO 45001 requirements for an OH&S MS — Clauses 4 to 10

After successfully passing the exam, participants may apply for the credential shown in the certification table below.

The certificate requirements for the ISO 45001 Foundation are as follows:

  • Certification and examination fees are included in the course price
  • Participants receive over 200 pages of training materials containing practical examples and instructional guidance
  • Participants who complete the course receive an attestation worth 14 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits
  • Candidates who do not pass the exam may retake it once free of charge within 12 months of the initial exam date
