Digital Products

Most digital products are delivered the same business day after purchase. Customers will receive an email with instructions and a link to access their course or digital product.

Self-study training courses are typically delivered the same business day. Some video-streamed team training and eLearning courses may require 24–48 business hours for delivery (Monday through Friday) due to course setup and custom requirements.

Certain team training programs may also require a signed license agreement before access can be provided.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate. If you do not receive your access email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

Digital products may include online courses, eLearning programs, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, templates, toolkits, and other downloadable training resources.


Order Confirmation & Access

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

Access instructions are typically delivered separately and may come directly from Business Training Media or one of our training partners.

If you do not receive your order confirmation or access instructions within the stated delivery timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us for assistance.


How Long Do I Have Access to My Course?

Course access periods vary by course and training provider.

Access details, licensing terms, and course availability are typically listed on the course description page. Many video-streaming and eLearning courses provide access for a specified license period, while other courses may have different access terms.

If access information is not listed on the course description page or if you have questions about a specific course, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to assist.


Do I Receive a Certificate?

Many of our courses include a certificate of completion, professional certification, certification exam, or credential.

Certificate availability varies by course and provider. Please review the course description for specific certification and certificate information.


Do Your Courses Offer Continuing Education Credits?

Most of our courses do not offer continuing education units (CEUs), continuing professional education (CPE) credits, professional development hours (PDHs).

Credit availability varies by course and provider. If continuing education credits are available, they will be clearly identified in the course description.


Do You Offer Course Previews?

Yes. Many of our video-streaming and team eLearning courses include previews that allow you to review course content before purchasing.

Please note that self-study certification courses, certification programs, and many self-study eLearning courses are generally not available for preview due to licensing and intellectual property restrictions.

Do You Accept Purchase Orders?

Yes. We accept purchase orders from businesses, nonprofits, educational institutions, and government agencies.

Purchase orders may be submitted via email. Please contact us for instructions.

Purchase orders must be paid in full before course access, product delivery, enrollment, or training materials are provided.


Do You Offer Volume Discounts?

Yes. We offer volume discounts, team pricing, and enterprise licensing options for many of our training programs.

Discount availability varies by course, provider, licensing requirements, and the number of users being trained.

Organizations purchasing training for multiple employees may qualify for discounted pricing, centralized administration, reporting options, and customized training solutions.

Can We Use Your Courses on Our LMS?

Yes. Many of our video-streaming and eLearning courses can be deployed through your organization's Learning Management System (LMS).

To support LMS deployment, your LMS must be SCORM 1.2 compliant.

Our team can work with you to verify compatibility and test your system before implementation to help ensure a smooth setup process.

Please note that LMS deployment options vary by course and provider.


We Don't Have an LMS. What Are Our Options?

No problem.

If your organization does not have a Learning Management System, many courses can be accessed through our training partners' hosted LMS platforms at no additional charge.

This allows your employees to access training online without the need to purchase, install, or manage your own LMS.


What Happens If an Employee Leaves the Company?

For many team training and LMS-based programs, user accounts can be suspended when an employee leaves your organization.

In most cases, suspending an inactive user frees up a training seat that can be reassigned to another employee.

Seat replacement policies may vary by course, provider, and licensing agreement.

Please contact us if you need assistance managing user accounts or replacing employees in your training program.

Most support requests are answered within one business day.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once product delivery has been completed.

If you believe there has been an error with your order, duplicate purchase, product delivery, or course access, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
