Digital Products
At Business Training Media, we partner with multiple training providers to offer a wide range of professional development courses, certifications, and digital learning resources.
Due to the nature of digital products and online training, all sales are generally final once product delivery has been completed. Product delivery may include access credentials, course enrollment, downloadable materials, digital files, or other electronic delivery methods.
If a customer requests cancellation before product delivery has been completed, a full refund may be issued.
Refunds may also be considered on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate orders or accidental duplicate purchases
- Incorrect product delivery
- Technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved
- Defective digital files or materials
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
