Examination

The examination fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certificate Program.

The exam covers the following competency domains:

  • Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of food safety and food safety management systems
  • Domain 2: ISO 22000 requirements for a food safety management system – Clauses 4 to 10

Certificate Requirements

After successfully completing the exam, participants may apply for the credential outlined in the certification table provided with the course materials.

The certification requirements for ISO 22000 Foundation certification include successful completion of the examination and fulfillment of applicable PECB credential requirements.
